Prerequisites for Prospective Homebuyers

Blue Dot Real Estate requires prospective homebuyers meet the following pre-requisites prior to receiving any services as part of our standard operating procedures:

1. Prospective clients shall show identification.
2. Exclusive Broker Agreement signed by all parties.
3. Pre-Approval letter for a mortgage loan or verification of funds for cash buyers must be provider to Blue Dot Real Estate Agent.
